Boarding Customers

All customers are required to have a Visa or Mastercard on file for all services. The payment for said services is due by the end of the business day and will automatically be charged at that time unless prior arrangements have been made. This can either be done through the Owner Portal or with the assistance of our staff during your first appointment. This is necessary to move forward with the reservation.

During holidays, there is no increase to our all inclusive boarding rate of $52.00. However, please be aware that Village Sentry Pet Care has a policy with regards to boarding stays during our “high volume” times. We will have a 2-night minimum for all boarding reservations made during the following dates:

Deposit Prices

We require a two-day deposit for every stay. This can be made via the Owner Portal. This deposit then goes towards your stay upon check-out.

Deposit pricing is equal to a two night stay!

One Dog, Standard Board: $104.00

(Equal to 2 Standard Nights Board: $52.00 x 2.)

Two Dogs (Boarded Together), Standard Board: $192.00

(Equal to 2 Standard Nights with a $4 Discount Applied to Each Dog. Discount ONLY Applies if Dogs Board Together. Discounted Deposit Price is Equal to $96.00 Total Per Night x 2.)

Two Dogs (Separate Boarding), Standard Board: $200.00

(Discounted Deposit Price is Equal to $100.00 Total Per Night x 2.)

Just like a hotel, we reserve a spot for your pet in our facility.

If you make changes to your pet's stay (a cancellation, an extension, an earlier drop-off date) you must give us more than 72 hours notice.

Any cancellations 72 hours before drop-off we forfeit 50% of your deposit. Any cancellations 48 hours before drop-off we forfeit 75% of your deposit. Any cancelled reservations 24 hours or less before drop-off 100% of your deposit will be forfeited.

Doggy Daycare Prices

In order to purchase a Doggy Daycare package or pass, you must be a verified member of our daycare program here at VSPC. Additionally, please note that all daycare packages and passes have expiration dates.

Single Dog Daily Rate: $36.50 a day

Double Dog Daily Rate: $63.00 a day (both dogs)

Packages: Includes all of the perks. These packages will ALWAYS provide associated perks and discounts regardless of attendance.

Passes: Discounted days to be purchased in advance. A good option for our "drop-in" customers who may want to save more money than the daily rate. No perks included.

8 Day Package: $252.00 ($31.50 per day)

Expires 5 weeks from date of use

16 Day Package: $488.00 ($30.50 per day)

Expires in 10 weeks from date of use

Unlimited Monthly Package: $530.00

Expires 1 month from date of use

Single Dog Passes

2 Day Pass: $71.00 ($35.50 per day)

Expires 5 weeks from date of use

3 Day Pass: $103.50 ($34.50 per day)
