Boarding Customers
All customers are required to have a Visa or Mastercard on file for all services. As always there is never a service charge for using a credit card. The payment for said services is due by the end of the business day and will automatically be charged at that time unless prior arrangements have been made. This can either be done through the Owner Portal or with the assistance of our staff during your first appointment. This is necessary to move forward with the reservation.
During holidays, there is no increase to our all inclusive boarding rate. However, please be aware that Village Sentry Pet Care has a policy with regards to boarding stays during our “high volume” times. We will have a 2-night minimum for all boarding reservations made during the following dates: (All daycare package holders with be excluded from this 2-night minimum policy)

Deposit Prices
We require a deposit for every reservation. Your deposit will equal the cost of one night stay per dog at the level you choose. This can be made via the owner portal. This deposit then goes towards your stay upon check-out. As always there is no extra charge for using your credit card
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellations made outside of 72 hours of your reservation 100% of your deposit will be put on file to be used towards a service or another board within one year.
Cancellations 48-72 hours 50% of your deposit will be put on file to be used within one year.
Any cancellations 48 hours or less 100% of your deposit will be forfeited.
Doggy Daycare Prices

In order to purchase a Doggy Daycare package or pass, you must be a verified member of our daycare program here at VSPC. Additionally, please note that all daycare packages and passes have expiration dates.
Single Dog Daily Pass: $43.00 a day
Double Dog Daily Pass: $74.00 a day (both dogs)
Packages: Includes all of the perks. These packages will ALWAYS provide associated perks and discounts.
Passes: Discounted days to be purchased in advance. A good option for our "drop-in" customers who may want to save more money than the daily rate. No perks included.
